The
Wave Waterpark
The The Wave
is a waterpark owned and operated by the City of Vista, offering
a great day's worth of entertainment. Occupying a scant
few acres of palm tree-dotted land, the Wave's compact-yet-roomy
size makes it seem manageable, especially if you have
adventuresome youngsters prone to running off.
With four 35-foot slides, an "endless wave" called the
Flow-Rider (perfect for budding body-board enthusiasts), and a
huge children's play area called Rippity's Rainforest (The
Wave's newest attraction), children have plenty to splash around
in. There's also the Rio Loco, a looped flowing river and a
personal favorite. It's great for floating on with the kids
after a long day of slide-riding.
