50% pre-paid, 90% refundable with 30 days notice, transferable with 14 days notice.

MONTHLY (Oct. 11 – May 25)

Rate includes 2 people/ 90-day limit. Extra: People- $60 / Dogs- $25 / Cars & Trailers- $100
$500 pre-paid per month reserved. $50 cancel fee per month. Non-refundable within 30 days of reservation.
